Milena Katzorke

Specialist dentist for orthodontics
M.Sc. Lingual Orthodontics

Dr. Milena Katzorke was born and raised in Essen. After completing her dental studies at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz in 2012, Dr. Milena Katzorke completed three years of specialist training in orthodontics in a specialist practice in Düsseldorf and at the Outpatient Clinic for Orthodontics at the University Medical Center Mainz. She then worked for two years in the world's largest and most renowned practice for invisible, fully individual and internal braces WIN in Bad Essen (practice of Prof. Dirk Wiechmann, Dr. Frauke Beyling & Kollegen). In October 2018, she also completed the part-time Master of Science "Lingual Orthodontics" course at the Hannover Medical School under the supervision of Professor Rainer Schwestka-Polly and Professor Wiechmann.

DR. MED. DENT. SADRA ZOGHAIN

Dr. Sadra Zoghian was born and raised in the Rhineland.

After graduating from high school, she went to Mainz University Medical Center to study dentistry. There she quickly realized that she wanted to become a specialist in orthodontics. Accordingly, she completed a general dental year after her state examination. This was followed by 3 years of further training as an orthodontist in an orthodontic specialist practice and, at the same time, a doctorate (Dr. med. dent.
). At the end of her specialist training, she worked for 2 years as a research assistant at the Outpatient Clinic for Orthodontics at Mainz University Medical Center. Here she successfully passed the specialist examination for orthodontics before independent examiners and was awarded the title of specialist dentist for orthodontics.

Since 01.01.2024 she has been employed in our specialist practice as an employed specialist dentist for orthodontics and supports Dr. Katzorke.

MELANIE HOMSKI

Practice manager

Ms. Melanie Homski has been working as practice and personnel manager at the specialist practice KIEFERORTHOPÄDIE since 01.02.2022.

After training as a dental hygienist (2003), Ms. Homski gained many years of experience in all areas of orthodontics. Through a variety of further and advanced training courses, including practice manager (2014), data protection officer (2018), dental business economist (2019) and personnel manager (2022), she has been able to acquire in-depth knowledge in the field of practice and personnel management and uses this constantly.

She will competently answer all your questions about orthodontic billing and is always ready to listen to the staff.

JOAO GASPAR

Reception and administration

Mr. Joao Gaspar has been welcoming you with a friendly smile at the reception of the KIEFERORTHOPÄDIE practice since 01.12.2021.

He shortened his training as a dental assistant and successfully completed it in 2013. Mr. Gaspar has been working in orthodontics since 2016 and has undergone further training in this field. He has also been an approved trainer since 2020.
Mr. Gaspar has completed a part-time distance learning course to become a healthcare specialist.

This is what Mr. Gaspar says about working in the specialist practice KIEFERORTHOPÄDIE:

"I look forward to welcoming our patients every day. My area of responsibility is very varied, whether at reception or in administration, I am happy to be part of the team and to be able to keep learning."

MIRIAM ISIKLI

Ms. Miriam Isikli has been supporting our team since May 2021 and has already gained a lot of professional experience in the field of orthodontics. She shortened her training as a ZFA.

She particularly enjoys working with children and loves the manual work on the chair that this profession requires. She regularly undergoes further training in the field of orthodontics.

She prefers to work with invisible lingual braces.

MIRIAM OWUSU

Ms. Miriam Owusu joined our KIEFERORTHOPÄDIE team in 2022. She successfully completed her training as a dental assistant in 2017 and has continued her education in the field of orthodontics. She particularly enjoys working with children and the delicate work on braces. Ms. Owuso is very patient and friendly.

LEA BANET

Ms. Lea Banet has been part of our KIEFERORTHOPÄDIE team since 1.9.2022.

After her training as a dental assistant in 2018, she decided to catch up on her A-levels. Successfully completed in 2022, Ms. Banet is nevertheless drawn back to her learned profession as a dental assistant. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and is very interested in orthodontics. She is simply always in a good mood.

ZALINA IKIEVA

Ms. Zalina Ikieva started her apprenticeship on 1.3.2023. She decided to become a dental assistant in our orthodontic practice because she finds it fascinating what you can achieve with braces. As she is a patient here herself, she has already gained experience in this profession. Her goal is to also become a highly trained dental assistant.

I particularly appreciate the opportunity to work in such a professional environment and to develop my skills in the field of orthodontics. The positive atmosphere here reinforces my conviction that I want to make a significant contribution to the team and the success of the practice. I am motivated to take on new challenges."

RENATE LINKE

Ms. Linke is a passionate dental technician and joined our team in summer 2020.

She has over 35 years of professional experience and designs all orthodontic appliances in our own practice laboratory with great attention to detail. She loves to sing while making loose braces and is always in a good mood in our practice.

OSAMA SWARI

Mr. Osama Swari has been supporting the KIEFERORTHOPÄDIE team since 01.08.2022.

He is a trained dental technician and, together with Ms. Linke, manufactures our braces in our practice's own orthodontic laboratory.

He has specialized in digital orthodontics in our practice and therefore brings a breath of fresh air to our laboratory.

In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer and keeping fit with sport and fitness.

JANA HERLITZ

Ms. Jana Herlitz has been part of our KIEFERORTHOPÄDIE team since 01.08.2023, Jana is currently doing a one-year internship with us as part of her vocational baccalaureate. She chose the internship with us because she is a patient herself and has always been interested in dentistry, especially orthodontics. In addition to the internship and the vocational baccalaureate, she is also very enthusiastic about music

This is what Jana says about our practice team: "The whole team made me feel welcome from day one. They show me every time what team spirit means. There's always something to laugh about here, it never gets boring. I'm happy to be part of this team and I'm looking forward to spending more time together."

ANASTASIIA TUSHEVSKA

Ms. Anastasiia Tushevska was born in Ukraine and started her training as a dental assistant in our practice KIEFERORTHOPÄDIE in summer 2024. Ms. Tushevska is very inquisitive, hardworking and precise. We are happy that we were able to win Ms. Tushevska for the training as a dental assistant and our practice KIEFERORTHOPÄDIE.

ALICE CIESLIK

Ms. Cieslik has been enriching our practice KIEFERORTHOPÄDIE since September 2024 with 32 years of professional experience.
